1. Youth are driven by a false sense of reality
One of the most popular movie series among teenagers today (as of 2012) is the Twilight Saga. The love interests involve a girl, a vampire and a werewolf. The girl would rather sell her soul and become a vampire than live without her vampire boyfriend. She takes ridiculous risks like jumping off a cliff because she cannot be with him. The vampire has to constantly restrain himself from eating her. While this story is imaginative and compelling, it also reveals that teenagers have no idea what real love is.
